As a former college football and Rugby Player at the University of Utah and current professional rugby player, Rob has developed over fifteen years of experience in the weight room, and developing an understanding of the human body and the mentality it takes for one to reach their top potential as an athlete, to lose weight, or becoming accustomed to living a healthy lifestyle.
Over the years Rob has experienced many injuries and learned which precautions need to be taken to heal and strengthen to once again be at your best!
