Hi! my name is Blair and I am a goal-oriented, evidence-based personal trainer with over five years and 100+ clients of experience. I graduated from the University of Utah in January 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Minor in Nutrition and am pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy. My specialties include weight loss, corrective exercise, functional movement/strength, injury and pain mitigation, and nutrition.
Each client I work with receives personalized, progressive programming and nutritional guidance to best suit their needs at an affordable rate.
